Tuna Crostini with Microgreens
Crispy toasted baguette slices topped with creamy tuna spread.
Finished with a generous handful of fresh microgreens.

🔪 Ingredients
- 1 fresh baguette, sliced into rounds
- 1 can (160g) tuna in water or oil, drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. mustard, radish, red cabbage)
- Optional: 1 tsp chopped capers or gherkins
🍳 Instructions
- Lightly toast the baguette slices in the oven or on a grill pan until crisp and golden.
- In a bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional capers.
- Spoon a generous amount of tuna mixture onto each slice of toast.
- Top with a beautiful nest of fresh microgreens.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly for extra freshness.
