At Sprout & Glory, our journey began in our own kitchen, growing fresh microgreens for ourselves and our children. We wanted our family to enjoy food that was not only tasty, but also truly nourishing. Before long, friends and neighbours began asking for our greens — and what started as a personal habit naturally grew into a local business.

Modern diets often lack essential nutrients, which can drive people to overeat. Microgreens are our answer: tiny plants with a concentrated profile of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, yet naturally low in calories.
