Grilled Chicken & Steak with Microgreens

🔪 Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 small sirloin or ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • A handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. pea shoots, mustard, red cabbage)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub chicken and steaks with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Grill the steaks to your desired doneness (approx. 3–5 minutes per side).
  5. Let the meat rest for a few minutes after grilling.
  6. Plate each portion and top with a generous pile of microgreens.

🌱 Serving Suggestion
