🔪 Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. kale, mustard, broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes (optional, for texture)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Add banana, apple, microgreens, and liquid to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired, and blend again briefly.
  4. Taste and adjust with lemon juice for brightness.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
