Green Smoothie with Microgreens & Banana

🔪 Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. kale, mustard, broccoli)
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1/4 cup ice cubes (optional, for texture)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
🍳 Instructions
- Add banana, apple, microgreens, and liquid to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired, and blend again briefly.
- Taste and adjust with lemon juice for brightness.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
