- 1 cup mixed microgreens (e.g. mustard, radish, dill)
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce or balsamic vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: fresh chopped herbs (dill, parsley, mint)
🍳 Instructions
- Place the microgreens and herbs in a deep plate or salad bowl.
