Baked Potatoes with Butter, Garlic & Microgreens
Golden, crispy baked potatoes filled with garlic butter and cheese.
Finished with fresh microgreens for a savoury, aromatic twist.

🔪 Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 50g grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- A handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. broccoli, radish, or mustard)
- Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish
🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick each a few times with a fork.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 50–60 minutes, until skins are crisp and insides tender.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Set aside.
- When potatoes are ready, slice open the tops and gently fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add a spoonful of garlic butter, a sprinkle of cheese, and let it melt.
- Top with microgreens and fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
