Creamy Chicken Wraps with Microgreens
Soft tortilla wraps filled with creamy chicken salad.

🔪 Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 soft tortilla wraps
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional, for lightness)
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. broccoli, mustard, or red cabbage)
🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortilla wraps and divide the creamy chicken filling between them.
- Top generously with fresh microgreens.
- Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half for serving.
- Optional: chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for extra freshness.
