Creamy Chicken Wraps with Microgreens

🔪 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 4 soft tortilla wraps
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional, for lightness)
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. broccoli, mustard, or red cabbage)

🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the tortilla wraps and divide the creamy chicken filling between them.
  3. Top generously with fresh microgreens.
  4. Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half for serving.
  5. Optional: chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for extra freshness.
