Grilled Asparagus & Broccoli with Microgreens

🔪 Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or balsamic glaze (for drizzle)
  • A handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. mustard, radish, broccoli)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Lightly coat asparagus and broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on a hot pan or BBQ for 3–5 minutes, turning once, until slightly charred and tender-crisp.
  3. Arrange vegetables on a plate and drizzle with soy sauce or balsamic glaze.
  4. Top generously with fresh microgreens just before serving.

🌱 Serving Suggestion

Serve warm as a side dish or light lunch. Pairs well with grilled tofu, chicken or a poached egg.
