Grilled Asparagus & Broccoli with Microgreens
Chargrilled asparagus and broccoli, lightly seasoned and topped with microgreens.
Drizzled with a tangy dressing — fresh, simple and full of flavour.

🔪 Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or balsamic glaze (for drizzle)
- A handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. mustard, radish, broccoli)
🍳 Instructions
- Lightly coat asparagus and broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill on a hot pan or BBQ for 3–5 minutes, turning once, until slightly charred and tender-crisp.
- Arrange vegetables on a plate and drizzle with soy sauce or balsamic glaze.
- Top generously with fresh microgreens just before serving.
🌱 Serving Suggestion
Serve warm as a side dish or light lunch. Pairs well with grilled tofu, chicken or a poached egg.
