Grilled Chicken & Steak with Microgreens

🔪 Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 small sirloin or ribeye steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- A handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. pea shoots, mustard, red cabbage)
🍳 Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken and steaks with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Grill the steaks to your desired doneness (approx. 3–5 minutes per side).
- Let the meat rest for a few minutes after grilling.
- Plate each portion and top with a generous pile of microgreens.
