- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

- A handful of microgreens (e.g. radish, mustard, or red cabbage)
- Optional: lemon zest or edible flowers for garnish
🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with honey or syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into each tartlet shell.
- Top with a few fresh berries.
- Add a pinch of lemon zest or edible petals if using.
