🔪 Ingredients

  • 12 mini tartlet shells (pre-baked)
  • 150g cream cheese or whipped ricotta
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries)
  • A handful of microgreens (e.g. radish, mustard, or red cabbage)
  • Optional: lemon zest or edible flowers for garnish

🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with honey or syrup until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into each tartlet shell.
  3. Top with a few fresh berries.
  4. Add a pinch of lemon zest or edible petals if using.
  5. Finish with a generous sprinkle of fresh microgreens just before serving.
