Tuna Crostini with Microgreens

🔪 Ingredients

  • 1 fresh baguette, sliced into rounds
  • 1 can (160g) tuna in water or oil, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A handful of fresh microgreens (e.g. mustard, radish, red cabbage)
  • Optional: 1 tsp chopped capers or gherkins

🍳 Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the baguette slices in the oven or on a grill pan until crisp and golden.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional capers.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of tuna mixture onto each slice of toast.
  4. Top with a beautiful nest of fresh microgreens.
  5. Serve immediately or chill briefly for extra freshness.
